Thanks for posting this. My 2016 Honda Civic Touring audio fritzed out today, had loud popping sounds, tried rebooting a couple of times, popping went away, but then no sound at all. Rebooted, turned off Neural DTS, rebooted again, now there is sound. Hopefully sound will keep working.Hey guys,
I had this issue on my '16 Touring. Still have it if the weather is just right - perhaps a cold/humid day after a rainy night.
The issue is somehow related to the Neutral DTS Audio setting. I found that with it enabled, I may run into this issue.
While I believe Honda should fix this, I don't think there are enough of us to issue a recall/TSB.
BTW, this car is jinxed, it's had numerous problems repaired: subwoofer rattle, 3 major repairs to AC system evaporator core once and compressor twice, and other odds and ends... my first and last Honda
