During and after dyno tuning with Hondata, I keep getting a "hiccup" at between 6300-6500rpm. This hiccup happens like a snap of a finger, and does not throw any CEL. It always drives right through it, and doesn't seem to be causing an issue. When it happens, a quick puff of fuel smoke comes out of the exhaust too. My tuner and I have been doing everything we can to find a fix, does anyone have any ideas what to check?

P.S. I doesn't seem to be tune related, because it happens on the Hondata OTS, and custom tunes. I have datalogs if someone is willing to take a look.

Sounds like spark plug gap is too big, try going to 0.018 - 0.020 stock is 0.030
You getting higher combustion chamber pressure over stock on any tune and could be blowing out the spark at high rpm hence no burn and walla ....smoke cloud. And use this tool, it needs to be for a M12 size plug. I had spark blow out when tuned and fixed it with this tool. Do not go into high rpm until you do this.

Yep, did that on the dyno. And since then, I have replaced the spark plugs and gapped to .025

Go smaller, i had the same issue as you. I got the white smoke at high rpm and the engine sounds like it cut out then pushed along. Went to 0.018 and no more problems
