Tried searching but I couldn’t find a specific answer. When using adapter to fit fk8 oem wheels on my fk7 should I torque the lugs to 94 ft-lbs since the bolts on the adapter are thicker? Or maintain the 80 ft-lbs specified for the fk7? My intuition says the former but I want to be sure. Specifically when using the Perrin adapters if that makes a difference

I still use 80 with spacers.

What spacers? When I was looking into spacers a few months back, the manufacturer had the torque spec listed on their installation instructions.

The Perrin adapters only have the torque spec for the adapters themselves (88 ft-lbs), not the wheels

I have over 20k miles and 3 years on spacers and 80 ft lb. Not a single issue.

Yep, that’s what I had read before. I suggest sticking to your factory torque specs if Perrin does not provide a value for the wheel lugs.
