HOW is ADM calculated on MSRP?!?

I will be purchasing a CTR with a ADM. But my question for all is that,

"Does ADM get added to MSRP of $33900 OR does ADM get added to MSRP+Destination $34775?"

Who has experience with this already at their own dealership? Dealers are telling people it's ADM $1-25k on top of "MSRP." Do they really mean MSRP+Destination?

33,900 + 10k (ADM) = 43,900 + 875 (Dest) = 44,775

MSRP (w. Dest) + ADM
34,775 + 10k (ADM) = 44,775

pretty sure adm inflates the purchase price and you pay taxes on it.

Whatever the ADM is your paying, expect to pay taxes on that as well because it's considered apart of the purchase price.

Yup, so those in California paying $45-60K are paying taxes/reg/dealer fess of anywhere between $4-6k .....damn a $50 to almost $70k Civic, who would have thought!

Just like they said above... You will add the ADM into the price of the car and be taxed on that amount plus all of the other destination, doc, BS fees etc. Fairly simple, no voodoo magic or anything like that

Well you really can't count that though as it'll be different based on a lot of changing factors whereas the ADM won't change based off of any other tweaks etc.

Why would you ever pay ADM? You're paying interest, taxes and losing more money as soon as you drive the vehicle out. I still don't understand that.

Be prepared to pay the ADM in cash as part of the down payment. It's unlikely a legit finance company would go that much over MSRP; and don't expect GAP to cover that cost in a loss unless you buy extra ($) coverage for that amount.
