You can probably type in ac issues in the search bar and find a million threads from the past 7 years or so about how shit the AC system is on the 10th. I had to have my compressor replaced in the first year on my 2017 Sport hatch.
Modified cars are worth less, not more. Any buyer is going to wonder how it was driven regardless of what you say and will be wary of it blowing up, especially on a private sale where they have no recourse if it does.
You can't legally swap an older engine into your car unless it's 25 years old, or just for off road or track so throw that out the window. Better to just save up for a better car.

That's kinda dumb. They should have some way to get factory updates sent to them when they are released or allow the ECU parameters on the ECU, when it is flashed, to be uploaded to the unit the way COBB does.

Spark plugs and check tire life since you aren't rotating. I change my cabin filter every 8k km and air filter, if stock, every 16k km. I'd at least check them at that point to keep each area functioning correctly.
It's the newer more environmentally friendly freon/AC coolant. Which is kind of hilarious since it is apparently super corrosive if it gets out of the system. If you look it up, manufacturers have been having a lot of problems with AC systems since they started using it. It operates at very high...
