HB Exterior chrome

On our 2018 Civic HB EX, we have chrome edges near the windows.
I like to remove them or put a wrap over them. Has anyone done this or can suggest some ideas?

I have the PMM (Polished Metallic Metal), anyone have black or a dark grey wrap on theirs?

Just got the overlay kit from PremiumAutoStyles and the length is not correct.
Is this kooltint one overlays or actual plastic replacments?

You can buy the actual plastic replacements on College hills Honda but they are super expensive compared to the other options. I'm talking 8-10x as much as the precut Vinyl you can buy. It's probably 2-3x as expensive as getting a professional to vinyl wrap it for you.
