What tune can I do on my base civic ex hatchback currently have prl intake and prl imtercooler. Is it necessary to tune it or not. If it is what tune can i do

No offense but adding an intake and upgraded intercooler and not tuning is somewhat of a waste. Good mods, no doubt, but you're neutering the possible gains. Check out the tuning reliability thread link in my signature and many of my other tuning threads. It's always smarter to learn a bit about tuning before jumping in.
