Hi everyone here to share the DIY steering wheel leather conversion with red stitch.
The cost is about $30, bought from Aliexpress, compare to buy new steering wheel from EX model, about $120, this can be a good DIY!
Took like 8 hours. it's very time consuming DIY, and recommend take reference from this video
Before
After
You can follow up the instruction come with the leather cover, BUT need to prey all the excess leather to each join first, then start to tail them together. *the manual said first tail them then prey all the excess leather-->don't do that, i did and messed up some join area later.
I felt that would be easier if turn the steering downward
Cheers!
