I wonder when the 2019 will be released?!

My local sales guys says: generally on the market, the next year model is after September, this applies for the built date as well. On the CTR case, due its demand, we might see it later. Perhaps next spring.I wonder when the 2019 will be released?!
nah, one less thing I need imo...I'd be going to fast to sense anythingdang, I wish I have Honda Sensing
I hear you. I never use the volume controls on the dash.Of all the things people bash on the car, the volume knob thing is one of the silliest things. The steering wheel buttons are what I use almost exclusively.
yea, it can be pretty noisy...I drive my mom's Lexus sometimes and that think beeps all the timenah, one less thing I need imo...I'd be going to fast to sense anything
I’m in agreement. My wishlist for a type r. Grand touring version
Tuned for 90mph instead of 124mph.
I don't track, just want a enjoyable driving experience on a daily commuting level.
- replace rear wing with si wing
- remove rear fake vents
- 18 or 19" rims with 40 profiles is plenty. Pilot sports works
- replace front seat with si bucket seats (heated)
- update info system. Separate climate controls
- keep same engine, trans, suspension, steering
- sunroof would be nice, but okay if not there
- reduced radio to basic, going to go after market anyways
-$30 MSRP with destination
Waiting for this or redesign of Acura ilx type s which should share many components with type r..... guessing about 34k
yea, that big hole will really loosen up the Type R chassis...not desirableI'm a little shocked at all the requests for a sunroof. Those add weight and change the way the chassis feels and, to me, seems counter-intuitive to the intended purpose of a Type R.
The 2018's went on sale in the US on Nov 2nd, 2017. There is a 99% probability the 2019's will go on sale on or about that November date.I wonder when the 2019 will be released?!
On a positive note, at least the Honda won’t depreciate at the rate a Porsche will. CTR will always be worth something.Did you actually think the Type R would go up in value as a collector car?
Remember it's a mass produced Honda, not a Ferrari, Pagani or Porsche.
And really, who actually uses a sunroof? I've had a few cars with sunroofs and I've used them exactly once in each one - "Oh, look. A sunroof." After that, I don't even slide the screen back ever again.I'm a little shocked at all the requests for a sunroof. Those add weight and change the way the chassis feels and, to me, seems counter-intuitive to the intended purpose of a Type R.
I just placed a deposit for a 2019 CTR. The sales person said there is only one model. I think the picture posted prior is for an Si or maybe a late 2019/2020 base CTR. The car is also going to remain FWD.
