Hi everyone. My Volvo's value for trade-in is extremely low, and the repairs are going to be more expensive than the car's worth, so I've decided it's time to purchase a new car. I've chosen the Civic due to its premium features and price, as well as its practicality and safety technology. I've found two models in my area that are great deals: a 2017 Touring, and a 2016 Touring with fewer than 5,000 miles. The Certified, 2016 Touring is $1,500 cheaper, though I do hear about some differences in the infotainment system reliability between the 2016 and 2017. Does the upgraded reliability and speed regarding the infotainment warrant purchasing the 2017 model? Should I wait for the '18? The 2017 is a great deal, coming in at over $3000 below sticker.
