2013 Honda Civic phone button

I have a 2013 Honda Civic LX. When you press the phone button on the center console nothing happens. Everything else works on the console but that button. Also, the phone buttons don’t work on the steering wheel. They all went out in the same time. Has this happened to anyone else? What was the problem? The dealership tried to reset the battery thinking that would do it. But nothing works. Do you think it’s the Bluetooth module or that I should buy a new replacement standard radio?
