1.5t coolant block drain bolt found?

Please ignore this if it's been solved, but I have yet to know if anyone has found the coolant engine block drain bolt on a 2018 1.5t civic SI, I have read threads mentioning how hard it was to get too, if anyone now knows on how to get it. I'm aware theres a drain on the radiator but I do want to replace the coolant in the block as wel.

It’s where the block heater goes. Check out this link for block heater install. That’s the drain plug location. Also the radiator drain petcock is on the lower driver side bottom.
