What Was Your First Car?

First car was a 93 Honda Accord DX that was a hand me down from my parents.

First car I bought on my own was a 92 Toyota MR2 N/A. That thing was a mess and was a total headache to trouble shoot and fix since the previous owner did a shit job of modding and maintaining the car.

My first car was a 1984 Camaro base. swapped in a 350. Bored, ported and polished, new rear end and mickey thompsons. Twisted frame on a run and bought a 94 VW golf and a 91 crx si to replace her. I really wanted to swap the 350 into the crx...

1998 Tahoe, got it when I was 18 in high school. It was fun at first and nice to have in heavy snow. You could put the seats down and sleep in the back. Gas prices went up to $4.19 during the recession, also found out Chevy's are not very reliable, eventually lost interest in it. Stupidly kept buying Chevy's. Finally called it quits this year and went with Honda.

1995 Honda Civic DX in Harvard Blue. (just found this image on google, it's not of my actual car). Later i added a small factory look spoiler and some god awful hubcaps. Got it in 2004 with almost 200k miles on it for $3000. Was in near perfect condition, no rust, impeccable interior, just a small hole in the exhaust (which was loud as hell). Drove it all through high school before getting my 07' LX coupe my senior year, and my mom continued to drive it for another 2-3 years before we sold it. Was a great first car!

I drove a 1983 Oldsmobile Omega that was given to me in 1997. I would get excited when the radio would finally work. 6 months later I purchased a 1994 Ford Tempo GL (Images from google of exact vehicles).

Been driving Honda’s since 1999.

Brings back memories... this was 19 years ago when i bought my first car, Nissan 240sx (1991) from a family friend who didn't need the car anymore and sold to me for $3000. Had H&R springs already installed and a DTM muffler. It was a good day. I was 21 years old (now 40).

I had a 95 Ford Taurus my dad gave me. Had it about 3 weeks before I got rear-ended at a red light, totaling the car. From that, I bought a 1989 Buick SkyHawk with 31,000 miles on it (in 2005!) for $600. I consider that my first car as I drove it for 2 years.

Yes and no.. lets see:
1) 80hp
2) no airconditioning
3) barely any heat
4) 17 year old car

That said, yeah, it was fun! (despite 80hp means a 0-60 in about 13 seconds.. 13... let that sink in)
