Clean and elegant and the caps over the screws look great and hold tight. I like the Power of dreams one you have too. Thanks for posting it. License plate frames are super easy to swap so I think I might try to get the one you have as well.

Just went with a clear cover, no frame. I find the frames cover up my validation and county stickers. Don't need pulled over for that.

The top screws are mugen license plate bolts. http://www.icbmotorsport.com/muliplbo.html

The bottom screws are just black allen screws that I got from my local ace hardware store. I didn't like the shiny screws next to the honda letters so I didn't opt to get the mugen bolts for the bottom
