I second this. I would buy one in a heartbeat. I wish we heat wrapped it when it was not on the car!@PRL Motorsports any possibly for a blanket for your downpipes?
The PTP Civic 1.5T Inlet Pipe Blanket is designed to limit the amount of heat that is transferred from your turbocharger to your plastic inlet pipe that sits just above it. By limiting this amount of transferred heat, intake temperatures will be much cooler entering into your turbo.Would there be any benefit to wrapping the inlet on an Si since it's plastic?
You'll need to remove the inlet pipe to install this blanket@PRL Motorsports can this be installed without removing the inlet pipe?
How hard is it to remove the pipe? You'll need to remove the inlet pipe to install this blanket

I havet the inlet thermal gasket, plus the thermal washers. I will post results soon with the blanket. If we have change on the IAT2 lower temp with inlet pipe blanket it meaning it worth it. Course the inlet pipe need the thermal gasket also.
