High Mount/Third Brake Light Access

Has anyone tried to access the high mount brake light on a Civic Coupe? I'm trying to install a flashing module to that light for braking but have no idea how to access it. It looks sealed so I figured you'd have to remove the roof liner first. Any suggestions as to how to do this? I noticed two pins next to the light holding in the liner but I don't want to rip them out and break them on accident if that's not how you access it.

Start by popping the front end off then you need to slide it backwards. i attached a picture from honda, notice the number marks.

This is awesome. Thanks, Rob! I was afraid the rubber parts were held by adhesive and I didn't want to risk ripping them off but it's good to know theyre just clips.
