Can someone explain to me what exactly early spool and boost dampening is? And is it bad to have those enabled ? Can’t seem to find a straight forward answer thanks.

You definitely want to avoid disabling boost target dampening. Normally, boost ramps up slowly to hit the boost target. You can tweak the ramp setting safely for a quicker ramp rate. But disabing it entirely is really harsh on the transmission.

Early spool is a cool feature. Combine that with part throttle turbo responsiveness and it transforms the low end. It's basically safe. The only thing I've noticed is with early spool enabled, it feels like the top ends runs out of steam quicker.

Basically all the quick enables/adjustments are safe to play with. Don't disable the boost target dampening though.

How agressive is “agressive II” option for ramp? Is it still safe to put it on agressive II? Or is it somewhat too harsh for the trans?

All of the quick settings are safe as long as you stick with the OTS maps. If you increase boost targets you may want to take it easier on ramp / spool in order to avoid overshooting.
