Long story short, Ktuner got my car running again. Had a problem with recovery of the ecu after a failed flash. She's good to go now. Thanks for the great customer support @KTuner much appreciated.

Agree'd 100%.......Had a similar issue this past week and they were awesome. 30+ e-mails back and forth, some even after hours or on the weekend.
They even sent out a replacement unit ahead of me sending mine in and had me up and rolling(tuned) again within a week of my issue.

Very much appreciated and loving the new updates!

I actually own a Hondata (might be switching to Ktuner though). I''ve done quite a bit of PM'ing to Ktuner here at the forum. JR has always been fast with his replies and always helpful. Their customer service is awesome.:thumbsup:

I hear ya. Right now my money is tight but the way Hondata drags their feet on updating for my car, buying a V2 is inevitable!
