When you buy something like an ECU tuning device (unless you're already a pro), there will be a lot of questions and concerns. In my case, I was asking JR a ton of questions for months (both in the forum and in private messages). JR (Mr. KTuner himself) has always been very fast to reply and very informative and helpful. On top of that, the KTuner devices and software are insanely good.

I've used the "other tuner" and honestly, it's a good product. I can't say otherwise. But, with KTuner, you not only get a great product that's innovative, you get customer service that's as good or better than any company I've ever dealt with.
