Those of you that swap your own wheels this time of year do you:

1. Use a jack at each jack point and change each wheel, one at a time? or
2. Jack up the car using the chassis front and rear jack points and then place it on stands?

I am outfitting my garage and was curious.

I just use a jack in the front jack points, which would completely lift that side up since most of the weight is in the front of the car. Allows me to change both the front and rear wheels for that side.

I’m with him up above. I did the same lift once and change both wheels at a time. Pretty simple really.
