to paint or not to paint? yellow calipers

I bought yellow caliper paint and still deciding if i want to go through with it. let me know here is a picture of my car in the current state. it would be great if some one would photoshop a mock up for me if they are feeling bored. thx

Dont paint stock calipers. Its just embarrassing. If you must, paint it gloss black.

Why'd you pick yellow ? It's close to white and will clash. As someone else said, you've got red badges so make a match.

did not expect this reaction at all but thank you for the input ... you acctualy see this look a lot on luxury cars (yes they have bigger fancy brakes) my dad has a white porsche will yellow caliper and thats where i got the idea from.

I think that's the main point here. Personally I don't see a problem with yellow callipers on a while car in general, but bright colors are there to attract attention, and the stock Si brakes aren't quite the size and shape one might want to attract any extra attention to. I would say paint it black - your wheels look great, so attract more attention to them (by "hiding" the brakes in black). Or save yourself some time and money and leave them be. (Or, if money isn't an issue, get bigger brakes and then paint them yellow or red.)

I agree with no paint, black, or red though. They’ll look better on the car.
