Did you use a single LED or an LED strip for your lights? It looks slick! Great job.

Oh those are slick, don't need a controller either. Have you used them?

I have 4 of them at my house to do this exact mod. I just haven't actually installed them yet. Been sitting in my garage for probably 3 months haha

Ah okay lol. I ordered them and will attempt to install them before 3 months :D

Running the wires seems rather tedious. But it looks so nice once it's done. Stick the LED strip to the door panel or the metal frame? Guessing the frame so you can still get the door panel on and off without agony (especially since they are so easy to take off on this car).

I stuck the LED strips on the bottom of the door's metal frame. That way, when the door is closed, no light leaks through. In my brother's car, I stuck the LEDs on the plastic door panels, and you can see the light leaking through on the inside.

Running the wires was a bit tedious, but not difficult. I had to pull out the weather strip around the door to snake the wires through. You may also need to pull out a few trim pieces to make your job easier, but most of the trim pieces are snap-on, so just pull really hard, and the they should pop right out.

These look great! How do you remove the glass from the side mirror?
Thanks for the wiring advice, too!
Sincerely and Respectfully! J
