265/35 works with a +45 or higher
255/40 I haven't seen on a lowered car
There's been a bunch of Gram Lights lowered with 38's w/o issues except for the front tab but it really can come down to the tire also. It gets confusing when there's people on here running many of the setups and one says it rubs and another says it doesn't lol.

I run 255/40 Michelin PSS on 57DR +38 at stock height and rub.

255/40 Indy 500 on grams 18x9.5 +38 no rub stock height. Not sure how ps4s would differ in the same spec since no plans on lowering (yet).

Unfortunately not much in the way of close ups.

I'm going to wrap my car next month. I was planning on gloss black, or Satin black, on the hood vent, the whole roof to the end including the small fins, or whatever they are called.

Now I have seen your car, I'm wondering if I should just wrap the whole hood black. The difference is you didn't wrap the roof

Hood is CF, not a wrap.

I’m running 255/40/18 PS4S on 9.5” +35 stock height no rub. Was thinking of eventually lowering with the pro kit, but would also like to try 265/35’s if it wouldn’t rub or require running aggressive camber.
Edit- it rubs slightly on moderate dips

Kind of the same here. Looking into PS4S as my next set and wondering if I should go 265/35 to give room for springs but not sure if at +38 will rub or not. Good to hear at the least 255/40 works with no rub at +35 for you on the PS4S.

You should be good with that setup, we've got a type R in our gallery running 18x9.5 +38 Te37's and 265/35/18's with swift lowering springs and he does not rub/scrub at all! https://bit.ly/3oJHTh9
Thanks for this post. I am running Swift Spec-R springs, Work ZR-10 18x9.5 +38 wheels and 265/35/18 Toyo R888R tires and rub really bad in the front and rear. Could be the tires which I read run wide? I only put those on as I found a deal on them and am ok getting rid of them to a friend who tracks. I am going to try one size down Indy Firehawk 255/35/18 tires which I read run narrower as well and hopefully won't rub and have to trim the rear fender and bend the metal tab at the front?

Any input would be great before I pull the trigger on the 255/35 Firehawk tires.

I rub a bit on hard dips. Stock suspension.
