I went with suma since the side mirrors were replacements instead of the spoon stick-ons and wanted to keep the same brand for the set

Thanks for the feedback.
Regarding the installation, I have read that the Suma glass does not fit flush over the OEM glass due to the thickness of the included 3M tape. Has anyone used thinner tape resulting in a better fitment?

As someone with the spoon one, I would call them a waste of money.

Losing the ability to dimm ones mirror is kinda stupid. It might be less of an annoyance with a tinted rear window

Because I have the auto-dimming mirror, neither. If I didn't have the auto-dimming mirror I'd probably get one of the broadway mirrors that attach to the rear view mirror like I used to do in my cars, plus they're only like $20-$30.

But its your car, mod it however you please.

Can't go wrong with this route, if you don't have an auto-dimming mirror, that is. I had a 270mm in my 2002 civic, brought it over to my 2018, then changed out for a 300mm blue broadway mirror (to match the color of my suma mirrors) after my friend kept saying she wanted one (I gave her the 270)
