Please help me about manual transmission gear stick was not smooth .

My car is a 10th sedan 1.5T manual ,in the winter time, the gear shift is very astringent to use, is there any way to solve it? Do I need to lubricate any place? By the way I already changed manual transmission fluid.

Honda MTs are notchy as hell. None of mine since 2015 plus are smooth at all. They all feel like garbage. No other MT i have ever owned feel like these honda MTs

2015 fit, 2016 crz, 2018 type r. All feel like garbage.

87,88 mr2, 2006 rx8, 2003 z4, 1990 subaru all buttery smooth.

Hell my 88 mr2 had 230k miles on it and it was smooth as silk.

Honda with 15k miles, notchy garbage.

I've been buying my car for 4 years, Maybe I should use WD40 for shift cable in the engine room ,Is that work? (sorry for my bad english.)
