P0843 code

I went to AutoZone yesterday because check engine light was on and d light was blinking and the were able to pull the code for me. The below code showed up twice on the report. Hopefully someone can tell me how much Honda would charge to fix this. Is this a transmission issue?

Call your dealer and ask.

A 2016 car is still under warranty, yes?
Under warranty, you should not be charged -- if it is determined that the manufacturers warranty covers the repair.

If the problem is not covered by warranty, such as a rodent chewed some wires, then you will certainly be charged appropriate fees to diagnose and repair the issue. That price is up to the dealer to decide.

Some dealers charge fees up front just in case repair is not covered by warranty.
If it turns out to be covered, the fee is usually refunded.
