OEM Front Lip

Can it be mounted so it sits slightly out in front of the bumper, or only flush with it? I'm watching an aftermarket on eBay that has two mounting positions, but unsure how the quality will measure up to OEM.

I don't love the OEM retail price, but will discuss dealer cost prices with my salesman.

Doing some cosmetic upgrades until the first oil change.

To me it sticks out a pretty decent amount, anymore and I would be scraping everywhere.
