Noob question please help.

So I have been running ktuner now for about 3 months . Absolutely love it. But starting to run into some issues and hope someone has the answer. But once like a month ago I noticed coming to a stop already in neutral and my rpms jump up to just under 2000. Didn't think much of it but now its happening more and more. No matter how I downshift or the manner I come to a stop it's doing it. Sometimes even going as far as 2000 and then dropping down. I have tried different base maps no change. With or without rev hang and still does it. But if I flash back to stock is won't do it . So something in the tune my car is fighting I'm guessing. Anyone else have this issue or got some suggestions. Haven't added anything to the car since I got ktuner sadly. Do have an Enjen short ram intake but only other mod until prl front and down pipe get here.
