This is going to sound really stupid!

Lock your car, then open it with the key in the driver's doors slot. On some cars that resets the immobolizer. There is a key in your FOB.

yep already tried those methods. Going to go see Honda tomorrow and get an update then.

Both keys had to be reprogrammed and ecu as well.

Yeah wasn’t too bad, towing was covered under my insurance also so I saved a bit more money.
