Misfire at 30K miles?

My 2018 civic sport (6 spd if it matters) started cutting out recently while driving and idling. I plugged a BlueDriver (Bluetooth obd2 code reader) into my car and pressed “live”. This is what I got. Any ideas?

With these cars a misfire is usually a fuel injector
