Loss of AFR reading

My 2020 si at 50k just threw codes P2a00 and p0131. I was able to clear the codes. The weird part is on my Ktuner I can see that AFR is being read for about 5 minutes every time I start the car and then sticks at 14.7 or 29. So is the upstream o2 (air/fuel sensor) failing or is it more likely a wiring problem?

start with replacing the a/f sensor.
