I did the exact same thing. I think tips that come out under the bumper are super tacky so I made a turn down pipe. Not super loud and if I do get pulled over for it, I can fix it myself at home.

Only in CA would you get pulled over. Feel so bad for all those stuck in that horrible state. First in tax collection, last in effective use of those tax dollars.

Think I paid the guy like 100 or 150 for the pipe, flange, and for him to put it all together.

So, I'm getting a Hatch soon .....how easy was unbolting the left muffler? and how loud was it...i can't find any videos
