hondata second hand

Hi,
I bought a hondata off from a fellow here, is it locked to his car only?
or is there a way that I can use it with my car.

Please help.

If its locked when you bought it then you would either demand a refund or have him pay to ship it back to him to get it unlocked

you cann not use it on another ecu if its locked

Are you saying he sold it to you locked or have you not yet tried to lock it to your ECU? Take the Flashpro out to your car. Plug it in to the OBDII port and then switch on the ignition (don't start the car). That should lock it to your ECU unless it is locked to that guy's ECU.
