I asked for a printed manual a full year after buying the car and they did send me one for free. The full printed manual is about 700 pages. I cross checked with the pdf manual and it is the same. So, those of us who are comfortable with computers do not have any real need of the printed manual. Actually, the printed font is quite small and it is easier for me to read this on my computer screen.

I got the full printed manual from helm today. It's much more useful then the quick starter guide included with the civics.
