excessive tire wear on the inside of wheel?

is this normal tire wear? I probably have maybe 10 or 15k miles on these. and it's not even wear, so is the camber off? thanks

Toe is the most common culprit of uneven tire wear and not camber. Sounds like you have excessive negative toe. This is something easily adjusted through the steering tie rod ends and only takes 2 tape measures and a flat board or something similar to be able to check yourself. Otherwise take it to a shop with free alignment checks and I am sure you will find toe out of spec.
