My previous 16 civic lx was named Shigure. Not ideal, but she was reliable and got the job done while still being fun to drive.

I traded her in for a brand new SGP FK7 sport. I was honestly devastated to give up my old car even though I only had her for a year, but the current offers are too good to pass up.

My new Hatch is named Amatsukaze and I'm going to mod her to how I want her to be.

I think I get too emotional with my cars.
Nothing wrong with getting emotional with your cars.. he or she is your baby!

Wish I still had the front splitter. I think some Dick stole it, cause I’m sure I would have heard if it fell off while driving. So I definitely wanted to replace because I still have the rear Diffuser.

I've always loved black cars...my last Si was black...
But in my opinion Type R's are meant to be Championship white

I had a 9th gen, black on black Si. I named it 'the roach' because of its profile. Traded for an RSX a bit later.

White Lightning.

Poor life choices led to this name. Long time abuser of alcohol (cheap brand White Lightning Vodka)

Do I want to kill myself with the liquor, or do I want to enjoy my life with a car I grew up idolizing (Type R) that takes me back to my tuner roots? Choice was easy. (The choice, not the commitment to sobriety... That took time)

3 months sober, and driving my baby as much as I can now. Out with the "old" White Lightning, and in with the "new".

The one of my cars with a name that was actually used every day was a plum-colored Ford Ranger pickup called Buhbye.
It was named by my then a couple of years old daughter. My wife several times made her say buh bye when I was leaving, so she assumed the truck was called Buhbye. I liked Buhbye. He was a simple MT pickup with an extended cab to fit a child or two.

I would like to call my civic Mr. Roboto, but also I fell like she is a girl. I guess she is transgender and that's OK with me. I don't try to mod her, because I'm afraid she wouldn't appreciate if I didn't like the way she was born. I know my wife doesn't like me talking about modding her (or my car), so I don't go there.

I prefer black cars, if I had kept the Eclipse. I would have ended up wrapping it satin matte black :p
