1st fluid change around 60k miles, at Honda with OE fluid

2nd change around 180k, when I replace the motor due to cylinder 3 misfire, used valvoline (or w/e orileys had)

Not sure if Honda replaced the filter, but I never did

No tune
FBO - aFe Takeda CAI, high flow cat/dp, full cat back

Multiple *minor* collisions

Driving habits: a lot of WOT, mostly highway, a lot of dropping to S or L (for acceleration or deacceleration), a few cross country road trips, minimal city driving

Average highway speeds of 80 - 100 mph, with plenty of 125mph runs

Honestly, I dogged the shit out of this car. Really surprised it held on for as long as she did.

I'm thinking my best bet is to buy a used CVT for $400 that only has ~38k miles on it

Just gotta find a shop to R&R it since my buddy who helped with the motor R&R is traveling doing racecar shit
Quick question, since the the trans fluid change have long intervals. Did you ever hear a whine or whistle or any sound?
