yes i had this experience before. I was on denial because I thought worn out plugs/coil/or boost leak but it wasn’t.
On my case, it was blown head gasket and fortunately mine is still under warranty

Yep thats not normal, doing a few WOT pulls and temps are still the same are not good.
have you tried removing the ktuner unit from the OBD sensor and plugging it in again?
sometimes mine bugs like that, Transmission and ECT temp are the same no matter cold start or been running long enough
