Civic 2018 has no Vin Stickers on 4 door!!!

I just bought a brand new Civic 2018 and found that none of the 4 doors has any Vin Number sticker on them. Does your Civic 2018, 2017, 2016 have Vin Number stickers on all 4 doors?

Unless this is an older Honda exclusive thing, I've never seen the VIN stickers on every door, just the drivers. On any car.

Let's be clear what stickers we are talking about. There was a requirement to VIN tag a bunch of parts as an anti-theft measure. Here's one from our '07 CR-V:

All these stickers had was VIN. I'm not sure this requirement still exists, or, if it does, if Honda is meeting it some other way. It's hard to imagine this did much to prevent theft. All it really did was make it possible to tell if the panel was factory original. I don't find these on my '16 Civic.

There is still a requirement for the certification/date of manufacture sticker on the door jamb. Here's one from our '16 Civic:

the vin stickers on body panels was never a requirement.
alot of new cars don't put them on anymore.

It's BS. I like the tags to identity if a vehicle has been in a major accident...
