Any company doing custom lug nuts?

I'm looking for a company that does custom lug nuts. I want to retain the honda spec M12x1.5 ball seat. What I am looking for is an extended length open type lug nut that fully threaded or one that has extra metal on the closed-end for tapping. The application with be to put on an aero cover for my stock 18" wheels.

I know this mod isn't for people taste here as showing your wheels is an important feature in the whole look of the car. I want what I believe is a 5% increase in MPG and less turbulent flow around the wheel area.

Edit....sorry...didn't see M12! I had an M14 solution posted. Swore it said M14!

I did post M14 until I went back through my shopping history to remember the lug nuts on the stock FK7 were M12. Either way, any solution works if it leads to the said company.
