The speakers Honda used in the 10th-gen are not the best thing based on forum posts here.
I have though about buying the necessary stuff from Crutchfield.
The endurance of a 10th-generation civic in the cooling department is lacking when racing. I watched videos of the 11th-generation Civic to find Honda put more space between the radiator and catalytic converter to help with cooling beside the redesigned front.
There are plenty of options. Some...
Improving cooling as is more air to the radiator?
One solution is thermal management by sending components to a place that applies a thermal barrier coating to some parts in that area. You can wrap the exhaust but the wrap needs to be sealed so moisture can’t start rusting the exhaust piping.
There are alternatives. I wanted to see what are the highest friction coefficient brake pads I can buy for street use. That led me to two websites.
I found a wiki for Lotus vehicles listing various brake pads.

From that Lotus website did I find a German...
I took the initiative to personally email Honda of America for clarification regarding the CA DMV requirements about using an aftermarket fuel pump for this recall. I live in California so it applies to me.
They said “Honda Dealer won’t sign off” on the use of the aftermarket part for the fix...
Either OP bought the right cabin air filter, OP did not install it properly, or K&N didn't do their work correctly about the filters that do fit. K&N's website says it fits the CR-V.
I'm going to add here I modded my FK7 with three used Yamaha Performance Dampers, two from the Toyota 86 under the COX name and one from the 370Z under the Nismo name. I placed one in the rear bumper, one on the strut towers, and one underneath in the front. I also have the Perrin RMM inserts...
It’s harder to find an online store selling them today due to EPA crackdown on tuning shops for selling emissions defeat device including catless downpipes.
You can make your own as long you have access to a welder.
2019 FK7 in Los Angeles, CA. At ~42k miles. Currently no issues. I try not use my AC because it robs power from the engine when I need it be more responsive.
I'm not affiliated and not hired by UniClutch. I'm just making this post here because it appeared on my YouTube feed. I know this community is looking for clutches with higher torque capacity over stock.
This is the shortest summary I can make of this product from what I have seen. This...
PRL made a downpipe using catalyst from GESi which is EPA approved, but not CARB approved. The photo below this sentence is the downpipe they made.
I ask because I have yet to see anyone here on this forum going for a smog check in the US with this downpipe. In OP's case, put the OEM Honda...
Doubt. Generally, catalytic converters will work for the lifetime of the vehicle.
Do you still have the OEM downpipe? Does the downpipe have the catalyst from GESI?
