Is there added benefit for switching to 91 octane in a 2016 Civic with a 2.0L engine? Or is it mainly just beneficial to those that have the 1.5L Turbo engine? I currently have my 2016 Civic 2.0L LX MT with a CAI, tune, and Invidia catback exhaust system and am curious to see if I'll see improved results switching to 91 octane.

It seems to me that tuning a car with Ktuner V2 and switching to higher octane is more beneficial for those with a turbo engine... especially the tuning. There is only one tune out there for those with the 2.0L while many more different tunes and ways to improve with the 1.5L Turbo civic...

Yes you will definitely feel a difference, since your car is tuned.
The ktuner tune is optimized for 91+
In fact it is probably better you do run with higher octane.
I have the ktuner on an otherwise stock motor, and 89 vs 92 there was a lot less knock control needed.
Plus it will be alot smoother.

Yes, I second this. I'm running top tier 93 octane with a 5:1 TCW3 oil and seeing values of .45 for knock control.
