  1. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

But this is all probably adding some other modifications on the Si (not just a tune). So whether it'd be exhaust, CAI, downpipe, etc... 2012 infiniti g37s could be bought for like $13k right now while a used 2017 civic si ($21k) plus all those mods adds up.
  2. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

Yeah trading cars in you get significantly less than you would from selling... How was the maintenance cost on that g37? Sounds like it was low maintenance and fairly inexpensive to upkeep.
  3. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

I'm not sure I agree that tuning the Si will put it close to the G37s...
  4. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

If I am looking to buy a used 2011-2013 Infiniti G37s, I wouldn't be too worried about depreciation value. It's already an older car and I would want it for awhile. Obviously with a 2017 civic, you are going to be able to keep the value at a higher rate for longer. The G37s would just be so much...
  5. Selling 2016 Civic LX (Manual Transmission)

https://orangecounty.craigslist.org/cto/d/2016-honda-civic-lx-manual/6551353332.html Good deal for this civic. Low miles (31,xxx). Additional modifications. Clean title. Well taken care of and maintained! All for $14,000. KBB is evaluating this car at $14-16k
  6. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

Yeah I would actually totally agree with you about the difference in power between a g37s and an si (even with a tune).. I am pretty close to closing in on a sweet deal for a used g37s (you can find some used manuals for good prices if you wait patiently), just need to sell my 2016 civic first...
  7. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

Not too late at all. Appreciate your advice/opinion. Lately been shopping and leaning more towards the g37s. Love the look, love the engine, and love the thought of having a bit more power. Will probably be driving more city. Why would you recpmmend civic for city? Also, what difference do you...
  8. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

Ahhh love it, this car would be freakin sweet! But a little out of my price range and like you, there are a couple modifications I don't really like. And the rest are good finds but I would only consider buying a 4dr sedan, no coupe... This white g37s is super tempting though! Would probably...
  9. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

Looking for Sedan 6MT. Thought I checked out Washington & Arizona. Maybe I'm looking for the "unicorn" G37s but a touch skeptical getting the g37s with 100k miles put on it already (which I believe is the one in Washington you were talking about)
  10. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

THIS. IS. AWESOME. Thank you so much for this response! Helps a lot! Unfortunately can't afford something like the LS460 and I really want a manual transmission. So thinkin/praying/hoping I can find a SWEET deal on a 2012 or 2013 g37s!
  11. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

How is an audi a4 that low? Is this reliability charts or just overall ratings? I've been doing a lot of research on infiniti g37s, specifically 2012 model, and have experienced really good reviews. I've always thought maintenance wise, BMW would be the biggest pain in the ass, then Audi.. and...
  12. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

But nissan/infiniti are just as reliable as Honda?.. no?
  13. Used 2017 Civic Si vs. Used 2012 Infiniti G37s

Debating between these two cars. Reading reviews, both seem very reliable but the G37s sounds like it would be a blast to drive. Wondering if anyone has any experience with Infiniti because I know Honda will always be a safe purchase.
  14. What did you almost buy? And why you chose the Civic

Currently own a 2016 Civic LX Manual (absolutely love it) but debating to either get a: Used 2017/18 Honda Civic SI Model (hard to find these used or for lower than $20k since they are so new) Used 2014/15 Audi A4 Quattro S-Line [MANUAL] (Found one online for $18,000 w/ 35k miles) Want a turbo...
  15. HP #'s on Hatchback and Si w/ tune

Correct.. that's why I'm in no rush to sell my 2016 Civic 2.0L and wait for the Si to be a bit more outdated. But, also why I might be leaning towards a hatchback model since I probably have a better chance of getting that used and for cheap over the Si.
  16. HP #'s on Hatchback and Si w/ tune

Ahh thank you sir. This is awesome, didn't know VitTuned had his own blog. Now the toughest part is going to try and find a used Si I can buy... brand new is way outside the budget :(
  17. HP #'s on Hatchback and Si w/ tune

Thinking about whether or not to get a Hatchback Sport or an SI... What are the numbers for a Honda Civic Hatchback Sport that gets a tune. I know base is 180hp. How much does a tune help? What are the numbers w/ tune for the Si with base being 205hp?
  18. Advice: Buying Hatchback selling/trading in 2.0L LX

Awesome, thanks for the advice. This helps a lot
  19. 2.0L HP/Torque

Someone help me sell my 2.0... lol so I can get the hatchback!
  20. 2.0L HP/Torque

Sooo.. what you're saying is that the 2.0l is better to tune even though the 1.5l turbo can generate more power when tuned? Not sure I quite get this argument. Why is it safer to tune the 2.0l? What do you mean by more potential? More potential power?
