Silly question from a week old Hatchback ex owner - does the Si only come in standard or is auto offered? I've only put 60 miles on the hb and was OTD at $24,800 so I wonder if it's unreasonable to hope they'd consider a trade up?
Si has always been manual only my dude and will more than likely always be a manual in the coming years.

The way every manufacturer is going with transmissions on their performance cars, the next Si will prob have a 6-8 speed paddle shift trans.

Also, the concept red Si coupe shown at the LA auto show last year had the black HFP wheels. The Si coupe in the Instagram video has the production wheels.
Oops! You're right. For some reason I had it in my head that the coupe and sedan had matching rear bumpers with the larger "vents".

Honda official spec. stated that Coupe Si has Stroke 89.4mm ,different than Sedan Si Stroke 89.5mm .
Yes CRV engine is the same as Si and is 1498cc( not 1496)
Final Drive: 4.205 ( correct 4.105) There is not combination of any teeth
You are correct. Honda have since corrected the errors in stroke, displacement, and final drive ratio. The 2017 Civic Si Specifications & Features has been updated.

The gear ratios and final drive ratio for the Si are the same as other 6MT Civics.

It gets even more suspicious... There is a video of the white Type R that was also at Fontana being driven into another truck beside the truck the red Si coupe was driven into. The Type R is quieter than a Buick. Something's not right.

To me it sounds like another car revving in the background as the SI is first pulling around. If you look close at the exhaust once the camera zooms to the pipe, you can see vapor coming out in sync with the revving sound... especially just before he climbs the ramp.

This is a tempting proposition. That being said, the loss of power over my current V8...not sure if I could do it. Price and MPG look great though. Depends on what the black one looks like.

I know. The stock EX-T is a fun comfortable daily driver. I'm looking at getting a weekend sports car that I can occasionally drive at the track, weekends and drive to work every two weeks or just get a r6/r1. Unsure of what to get still. Definitely not a Civic Si, or TypeR don't want FWD.
me and most likely everyone here on this thread are confused by your posts lol

Just got done messing around on the Honda site. One thing that bothers me is how expensive the lip kit is! It's ridiculous how expensive that front lip is for what it is, come on lol

What bothers me is that the coupe is the only body style with a special color even though it's also available on the base coupes
