I've played with the idea of putting a set on the Sport hatch. The rotors won't swap over due to the bolt pattern being slightly larger on the R but I am sure there are other rotors that would work. My next concern would be the brake master cylinder, should that be swapped as well? I definitely want to upgrade my calipers but would prefer to not spend $1700 to do it.

The best aftermarket values I've found so far are from "Ceika Performance" - "Front Large 6 pot 330x32mm starting at 1450USD" or "Front Large 4 pot 330x32mm starting at 1410USD". They look like they may be a good option but the brand is certainly not well known like Wilwood, Brembo, Stoptech, ect.

I had a killer deal lined up on some Accord brakes off a 2017 V6 Coupe but they turned out to not be the larger Touring brakes so I held off.

A lot more to it than just a simple swap for the Typer R, calipers, rotors, and probably spindles.

Thought we had Accord calipers already??

Waiting eagerly. Black Brembos with Red Letters saying brembo on a Rallye Red Si oohhhh yeh
If you want black you could go with a Wilwood setup since that is their default color. Powdercoating (or painting) a set of Brembos black is of course possible though.

That's a possibility. Never tried willwood before! All the family vehicles have brembos on em.
Can't go wrong with either one of them.

Hmmm. Some red calipers might persuade me to finally powdercoat the OEM wheels on my red sedan gloss black.
A little inspiration for you this morning:

I wonder if Accord Pads will be cheaper than SI pads, for the same pad, minus, SI markup.
It will just depend on if they share a part number or not I suppose.
