1.5T Type R Stock Exhaust Triple Tip Width

Alright, so I swapped to the 2020 diffuser and it looks great. I've heard good things about a stock CTR exhaust on the sport models sound wise, but I'm concerned with the new diffuser it will not fit. Can anyone get the total width of the 3 tips measured from the left side of the left tip to the right side of the right tip? I have a hunch it is either too wide or so close that it would probably melt the plastic from being so close on either side. Thanks in advance if anyone can help!

I measured 12-3/4" from left to right (outside on each end). Some have mentioned the clearance issues that you'll run into, so hopefully others can chime in.

Big thanks my guy! I doubt it is wide enough to accommodate ... I remember it being like 9" or so when I was putting it on measured by the eyecrometer

Bummer, but good luck. I would like the stock CTR exhaust to fit as many cars as possible for more options if I decide to sell it.

I agree that it's a bummer... I'll take a tape measure out and check when I get out in like a half hour and we'll know for sure. Still appreciate it though man!

You’ll have to trim a bit of the plastic garnish in the pre refresh. I don’t see it doable in the 2020.
