Window Seal Issue-Rolling Down Windows Makes Them Wet

Anytime I wash my car or it rains, several days thereafter when I wind my windows down and back up there is a good amount of water on the outside of the glass. Does anybody else have this issue?

how many days after? is the car left in the sun at any point to dry out? pretty normal to have residual water after a wash.

As many as three days after a storm or washing the car. It is kept outside and I have noticed the same problem even in the summer.
