it will a little bit, I ran the same exact spec 57DR on 255/40 and it would rub on big dips and hard turns. I could peel the rubber chips off the inside of the side marker. I still run 255/40 though, it’s not bad at all
265/40 will rub for sure. 255/40 rubs the tiniest amount on big dips but is fine 99.9% of the time
also 265/40 looks kind of goofy, I saw a pic once and it’s too much tire
