Whining/Squealing noise when going uphill coming from front.

Hey all,

I have been experiencing a strange noise when pulling into my driveway. It's not terribly steep but there is an incline. A few times this week while I'm on the driveway accelerating into my garage from the incline, I hear a slight squeal/whine coming from what sounds like the engine area. It only happens when going up this slight incline.

I am terrible when it comes to diagnosing cars. However, I recently got car back from shop where they replaced my rear bumper and exhaust system. Not sure if it's related. Anyways, I'm driving a 2018 Civic Si, all stock, no engine mods.

Any ideas where to look?

Hey there. Just tried to and of course couldn't re-produce the noise when I was trying to record the issue. I will keep trying throughout the day. Seems to be intermittent.
