i get this type of noise after i wash the car, it goes away after a few stops

Yup got low metal grind sound . thought it might be dust shields on backside of brakes i bent them away some still there. .It stopped for couple days. Now back . Started around 400 miles od. Have to take in to dealer ,now I noticed oil or fluid under brake booster .Uhhhg hate that it's anew car and already an issue. Also passenger window stops right before all the way up and bounced back down . so annoying!

this happened after i got my car lowered. dealer said it was the rotar. sadly after they fixed the issued, it came back. Now it's creaking every stop.
